Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and internal operations to ensure smooth shipment execution.
  • Proactively manage and nurture client relationships to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels.
  • Prepare accurate freight quotations, proposals, and tender responses in a timely manner.
  • Monitor shipment status and provide proactive updates to clients regarding transit milestones or potential delays.
  • Resolve client service issues or inquiries effectively, escalating complex matters where necessary.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date client records within our CRM system to track sales pipelines and activity.
  • Coordinate with overseas offices and agents to resolve cross-border logistics challenges.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, or Coordination within the Freight Forwarding/Logistics industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding processes, including Air/Sea freight, Incoterms, and customs documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, global team.
