Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field sales representatives to address operational inquiries and process requests.
  • Prepare, review, and finalize sales quotations, contracts, and tender documents with high accuracy.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales pipelines within the CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, billing, and technical support to resolve client issues and expedite order fulfillment.
  • Generate and analyze weekly sales reports to provide management with actionable insights on performance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and marketing collateral for client meetings.
  • Manage incoming inquiries from prospective clients and route them to the appropriate sales team members efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales support, account management, or administrative operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with field sales staff and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • High level of organizational skill and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational roadblocks independently.
