Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team for partition solutions
- Manage and update customer databases and sales records
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts for partition products
- Coordinate with technical teams to provide accurate product information to clients
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of partition solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Assist in sales forecasting and reporting activities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional materials
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of building materials or construction industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
