Are you a driven professional with a passion for technical sales and industrial solutions? EPI Phil. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Technical Executive to join our team in Davao City. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our cutting-edge industrial lubricant products and our corporate clientele.
You will be responsible for mapping out sales strategies, conducting high-level technical presentations, and ensuring that our industrial partners receive the optimal solutions for their operational needs. We are looking for someone who can combine technical acumen with a consultative sales approach to drive revenue growth and foster long-term client relationships in the Davao region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans to penetrate the industrial lubricants market in the Davao region.
- Conduct professional technical meetings and product demonstrations for corporate clients and plant managers.
- Provide expert technical advice on lubricant applications and maintenance solutions to enhance equipment performance.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to contract negotiation and closing.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth product delivery and technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial preferred) or a related technical field.
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales, preferably within the industrial, manufacturing, or lubricants sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required by the business.
