Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide appropriate product solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase technical features and benefits.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress in the company CRM.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless installation and implementation of sold products.
- Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, field service, or a customer-facing technical role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex product functionalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred, as the role may require travel to client sites within Laguna and nearby provinces.
- Highly organized with a proactive attitude toward meeting deadlines and customer expectations.
