The successful candidate will take ownership of the full training lifecycle—from identifying knowledge gaps and crafting innovative learning modules to facilitating workshops and monitoring field performance. You will serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, ensuring that our team is equipped with the latest property market insights, negotiation techniques, and sales strategies to convert leads into long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update high-impact training modules specifically tailored for real estate sales agents.
  • Conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless transition and rapid productivity.
  • Facilitate interactive workshops covering sales closing techniques, property law basics, and negotiation skills.
  • Perform regular 'on-the-job' field coaching to observe sales interactions and provide actionable, constructive feedback.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas requiring additional training support.
  • Collaborate with the management team to align training initiatives with overall business objectives and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage the creation of digital learning materials and internal knowledge bases for the sales team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in sales training, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market and current industry regulations.
