Are you a seasoned sales coach with a passion for the real estate industry? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Training Supervisor to join our team in Makati City. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our sales force's success, designing and executing comprehensive training programs that empower our agents to excel in a competitive market.
The successful candidate will take ownership of the full training lifecycle—from identifying knowledge gaps and crafting innovative learning modules to facilitating workshops and monitoring field performance. You will serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, ensuring that our team is equipped with the latest property market insights, negotiation techniques, and sales strategies to convert leads into long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update high-impact training modules specifically tailored for real estate sales agents.
- Conduct onboarding programs for new hires to ensure a seamless transition and rapid productivity.
- Facilitate interactive workshops covering sales closing techniques, property law basics, and negotiation skills.
- Perform regular 'on-the-job' field coaching to observe sales interactions and provide actionable, constructive feedback.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas requiring additional training support.
- Collaborate with the management team to align training initiatives with overall business objectives and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage the creation of digital learning materials and internal knowledge bases for the sales team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in sales training, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine real estate market and current industry regulations.
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking, and facilitation skills.
- Proven track record of designing curriculum that improves individual and team performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and modern Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment in Makati City.
