Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce Service Cloud solutions tailored to business needs.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs to facilitate seamless system integrations.
- Implement advanced automation using Flows, Process Builder, and triggered events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and stakeholders, to refine requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices for security and performance.
- Optimize existing Salesforce configurations to ensure high scalability and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
- Proven expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.
- Experience with integration patterns and enterprise-level API design.
- Active Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer I/II) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
