Working closely with stakeholders, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions using low‑code tools and custom code where needed, ensuring high performance, scalability, and compliance with best practices.
In this role you will leverage your expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to create seamless customer journeys, automate data flows, and generate insightful reporting. You will also maintain data extensions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously test and refine campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates. Responsibilities
- Design and develop Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys using Journey Builder to meet campaign objectives.
- Create and automate data extracts, transformations, and loads via Automation Studio and SQL activities.
- Build responsive landing pages and email templates with HTML/CSS, AMPscript, and SSJS.
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
- Perform QA, testing, and deployment of changes across development, staging, and production environments.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics, and recommend optimisations to improve ROI.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marketing automation issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience developing solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Contact Builder.
- Strong coding skills in AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and data integration patterns.
- Understanding of data modelling, data extensions, and segmentation best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
