KKL Trading is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets that contribute to company growth.
You will engage with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and digital channels, presenting our product portfolio and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. Your ability to listen, negotiate, and close deals will be key to driving revenue and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs for management review.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to align promotional efforts and resolve customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.
- Participate in sales training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Selangor region.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
