Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of SAP data migration projects, including data profiling, cleansing, and loading.
- Utilize SAP tools such as LSMW, S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, or third-party ETL tools to transfer data accurately.
- Design and maintain detailed data mapping documents, technical specifications, and validation criteria.
- Perform rigorous data quality checks and validation to ensure compliance with business requirements and master data governance.
- Troubleshoot data integrity issues and resolve complex migration errors during the cutover and go-live phases.
- Work closely with business analysts, functional consultants, and technical teams to understand data requirements and resolve blockers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SAP Data Migration, preferably within S/4HANA or ECC environments.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and data cleansing methodologies.
- Familiarity with migration tools like STMS, SRTTM, or SSIS.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to travel to client sites as required for project milestones.
