HTC Global Services is looking for an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) consultant to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this contract role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP EWM solutions for our clients across various industries, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ERP and other logistics systems.
You will collaborate closely with functional and technical teams, translate business requirements into functional specifications, and drive endâtoâend warehouse management improvements. Key activities include configuring warehouse structures, managing data migration, performing system testing, and providing postâgoâlive support. Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy SAP EWM modules to meet client warehouseâmanagement needs.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical designs.
- Integrate SAP EWM with SAP ERP (S/4HANA) and thirdâparty logistics platforms.
- Execute data migration, systemâintegration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide postâgoâlive support, troubleshoot issues, and perform fineâtuning for performance.
- Conduct training and knowledgeâtransfer sessions for endâusers and internal teams.
- Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with crossâfunctional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of handsâon experience with SAP EWM implementation and support.
- Proficient in SAP EWM configuration, master data management, and warehousing processes.
- Strong understanding of SAP ERP integration (e.g., MM, WM, PP) and interface development.
- Analytical mindset with problemâsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholderâmanagement abilities.
- Certification in SAP EWM (or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to tight project deadlines.
