We are seeking experienced L2/L3 SAP Functional Consultants to support critical S/4HANA data migration initiatives within a world-class Global Business Services (GBS) environment. In this high-impact role, you will leverage your deep expertise in FI/CO, SD, CS/PM, or PS modules to drive seamless data migration, system configuration, and post-go-live support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, process optimization, and business continuity during the transition to S/4HANA.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data migration activities for S/4HANA implementations, including data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Configure and support SAP FI/CO, SD, CS/PM, or PS modules to align with business requirements and migrate legacy data seamlessly.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for data migration, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data governance rules, mapping documents, and validation scripts.
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for production systems, resolving complex issues related to data inconsistencies, batch processing, and master data.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data migration procedures, functional specifications, and training materials.
- Train and mentor junior team members and business users on S/4HANA data management best practices.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and company data standards throughout the migration lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP functional consulting experience, with at least 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects.
- Deep expertise in one or more of the following SAP modules: FI/CO, SD, CS/PM, or PS.
- Proven experience in large-scale data migration, including use of LSMW, BDC, IDOCs, or SAP Data Services.
- Strong understanding of SAP data structures, master data governance, and migration tools (e.g., S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, Fiori apps).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional global team.
- Relevant SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA modules is highly desirable.
