In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP PS solutions, ensuring our clients achieve operational excellence.
As a subject matter expert, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and robust technical solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline project accounting, resource planning, and progress tracking, ultimately driving value across our diverse client portfolio. Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the SAP PS module, including WBS structures, networks, and project builder.
- Conduct business process analysis and map requirements to SAP functionalities, providing expert recommendations for system improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Perform system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide comprehensive end-user training.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex issues within the SAP PS environment to ensure system stability and performance.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP PS and other modules such as FI, CO, MM, and SD.
- Provide ongoing post-go-live support and guidance to business users for process enhancement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Project System (PS) implementation and support.
- Deep understanding of project life cycle management, budgeting, cost planning, and settlement processes.
- Proven ability to write detailed functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on project-based business logic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings.
- SAP Certification in Project System is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a consulting environment is a significant advantage.
