Responsibilities
- Configure and customize SAP SD modules (sales orders, deliveries, billing) to meet business requirements
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes using SAP SD best practices
- Develop test scenarios and conduct system integration testing for SD/MM/FI modules
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for SAP SD functionalities
- Document business processes and technical specifications for SAP implementations
- Troubleshoot and resolve SD-related issues with root cause analysis
- Collaborate with IT teams on system upgrades and SAP landscape optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of SAP SD implementation/support experience
- Strong expertise in SAP SD processes (order-to-cash, logistics execution)
- Proficiency in SAP integration with MM, FI, and CO modules
- SAP certification (SD preferred) or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Fluent in English with strong communication abilities
