Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for Data Center Infrastructure solutions across the SEA region.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with C-suite executives and procurement leads at hyperscalers and colocation operators.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and solution scoping to final contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal technical engineering teams to provide customized solutions that meet strict SLA and compliance standards.
- Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to refine business development approaches.
- Lead regional quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and report on sales performance metrics to leadership.
- Support the design of value-added service packages to maximize revenue per account.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in technical B2B sales, specifically targeting the Data Center or Cloud Infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrated track record of managing high-value accounts and exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas.
- Deep understanding of data center design, power, cooling, and infrastructure lifecycle requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel across the SEA region as required to manage client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to market expansion.
