Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision
- Handle incoming/outbound communications including calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and reports
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict organizational protocols
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory and vendor relationships
- Assist in onboarding processes and new employee orientation
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for internal/external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Proven time-management and prioritization abilities
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies or related field
