Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and quality control of materials.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure continuity and negotiate favorable terms.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as production, finance, and logistics to synchronize supply chain activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
