Responsibilities
- Develop and execute robust quality control plans for in-process semiconductor operations.
- Monitor real-time process parameters to identify deviations and implement timely corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on non-conformances to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yield and overall process efficiency.
- Maintain strict compliance with ISO standards and internal quality management policies.
- Analyze statistical process control (SPC) data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train junior engineers and staff on quality standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor quality engineering or process engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of in-process monitoring tools and statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to perform detailed root cause analysis and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in using quality management systems and data analysis software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.
