Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Design scalable, secure AI architectures supporting enterprise-wide machine learning and data science initiatives
- Establish AI governance frameworks, ethical guidelines, and compliance protocols for responsible AI deployment
- Drive AI monetization strategies through solution packaging, pricing models, and value realization
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI projects from prototype to production
- Act as primary spokesperson for AI initiatives, presenting to stakeholders and industry forums
- Foster AI adoption through training programs, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Monitor emerging AI technologies and assess their potential impact on business operations
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record designing enterprise-grade AI solutions in production environments
- Expertise in AI governance frameworks, ethics, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, etc.)
- Strong technical background in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in AI commercialization, product development, and stakeholder management
- Certifications in AI/ML or cloud architecture highly desirable
