Responsibilities

- Oversee the implementation of integrated health platforms and monitor system performance for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards, PDPA, and internal governance frameworks.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive digital adoption among clinical and administrative staff.
- Analyze population health data to provide actionable insights that support management decision-making.
- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure technical deliverables meet project timelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, business analysis, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of implementing large-scale IT systems within a healthcare or public sector environment.
- Strong understanding of population health management strategies and community care workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
