Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute infection control audits across hospital departments
- Analyze audit findings and prepare comprehensive compliance reports with actionable recommendations

- Maintain accurate documentation of audit activities and compliance metrics
- Train staff on infection control protocols and best practices
- Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to national healthcare standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Microbiology, Public Health, or related healthcare field
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in infection control or healthcare quality management
- Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex healthcare data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in audit methodologies and quality improvement frameworks
- Knowledge of MOH Singapore infection control guidelines and standards
