Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to achieve cost savings targets
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring
- Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to optimize sourcing strategies
- Collaborate with clinical departments to align procurement with operational needs
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies
- Lead vendor relationship management and performance evaluation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of procurement experience in healthcare or large organizations
- CIPS or equivalent procurement certification preferred
- Proven track record in strategic sourcing and contract management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Singapore healthcare procurement regulations
