Changi General Hospital (CGH) is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Assistant Manager, Medical HR to join our dynamic Human Resources team. Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for medical staff, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Administer HR operations, including employment contracts, salary adjustments, promotions, and work pass applications for international doctors.
- Provide strategic advisory services to Head of Departments regarding medical HR policies and performance management.
- Oversee medical staff welfare, engagement initiatives, and grievance management to maintain a high-performance clinical environment.
- Develop and implement manpower planning strategies to ensure adequate clinical coverage and resource optimization.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) and hospital-specific guidelines.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare regular reports to support leadership decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Medical or Clinical HR.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive situations with high level of professional integrity and confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse clinical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environment.
