Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycles, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach to offer stage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand complex talent needs and business objectives.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to track sourcing effectiveness and iterate on recruitment strategies for better ROI.
- Proactively network and headhunt top industry talent to fill niche and high-volume roles.
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on market intelligence, talent trends, and competitive hiring benchmarks.
- Champion employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as a preferred agency for top-tier professionals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent sourcing, headhunting, or agency recruitment.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and successfully closing complex roles.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter/modern sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore employment market and local hiring regulations.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
