Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end deal execution for digital infrastructure mandates including fiber, towers, and data centers
- Develop comprehensive financial models and valuation analyses for investment opportunities
- Conduct rigorous due diligence on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the infrastructure ecosystem
- Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal investment committees
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic guidance to maximize returns
- Identify emerging trends and investment opportunities in Southeast Asian digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; MBA/CFA preferred
- 3-5 years experience in investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure advisory
- Expertise in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal execution processes
- Deep understanding of digital infrastructure sectors (fiber, towers, data centers)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex market data
- Proven ability to work in lean, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
