Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automation and AI Engineer to join our Operational Excellence team. This is a 12-month contract opportunity to drive innovation and efficiency through cutting-edge automation and artificial intelligence strategies. You will play a pivotal role in transforming business processes, reducing manual workloads, and enhancing decision-making capabilities across the organization.
As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent automation solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems. Your expertise will help us leverage data to create predictive models and streamline complex workflows. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end automation solutions using RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI frameworks.
- Lead the analysis of business processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Develop and train machine learning models to support predictive analytics and intelligent decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software developers, and business analysts, to define project requirements.
- Integrate automation tools with various enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, databases) to ensure seamless data flow.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices for AI implementation.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of automation solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in automation engineering, AI, or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Experience with RPA platforms like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
