Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Transformation Manager to define and execute process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive business analysis to identify inefficiencies and propose standardized solutions.
- Manage project lifecycles from requirement gathering through to post-implementation evaluation.
- Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Analyze financial data and operational metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically within the Banking or Financial Services sector.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling (BPMN) and process re-engineering.
- Proven ability to bridge complex technical concepts with business requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and data integrity.
