In this position, you will own the endâtoâend analytics lifecycleâfrom data acquisition and cleansing to advanced analysis and presentation. You will partner with senior leadership to define key performance indicators, design experiments, and translate findings into actionable recommendations that support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and market expansion. Your work will directly influence product roadmaps, marketing campaigns, and financial planning, ensuring that decisions are grounded in robust, dataâdriven evidence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategy.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to define KPIs and measure campaign performance.
- Apply statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast outcomes and optimize resource allocation.
- Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, preferably in a regional or multinational setting.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
- Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Handsâon experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear business recommendations.
