You will own the end‑to‑end data lifecycle—from data extraction and cleansing to advanced statistical analysis and visualization—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness. Collaborating with product, marketing, and finance teams, you will translate business questions into data‑driven solutions, presenting findings in a compelling narrative that drives alignment and action.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support reporting and analytics needs.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform business strategy.
- Build interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to communicate insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance teams to define key metrics and track performance against goals.
- Automate recurring analyses and generate ad‑hoc reports to answer specific business questions.
- Mentor junior analysts, promote data‑literacy, and champion a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure data quality and governance standards are upheld across all analytical outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on business intelligence and reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strong visual design skills.
- Solid understanding of statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and data mining.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of translating complex findings into clear business impact.
- Experience working in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment is highly desirable.
- Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
