Erajaya is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst - Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing data analysis initiatives, guiding junior analysts, and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
You will design and develop interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio, creating relevant dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams. Your expertise will help transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing technical guidance and career development support
- Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio to visualize key business metrics
- Create and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations departments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to support strategic initiatives
- Automate data pipelines and improve data collection processes
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proven experience with visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred
