Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams to achieve project milestones and service excellence
- Implement and optimize Agile methodologies to streamline infrastructure delivery processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhancing service reliability and operational efficiency
- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and transparent reporting
- Oversee end-to-end delivery lifecycles from planning to deployment and maintenance
- Develop and maintain robust service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
- Foster innovation in delivery practices while maintaining strict compliance and quality standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years experience in delivery management or infrastructure leadership roles
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and delivery methodologies
- Strong technical background with infrastructure knowledge (cloud, DevOps, networking)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Track record of leading complex projects in dynamic environments
- Certifications in PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery preferred
- Experience in education, publishing, or assessment industries highly valued
