Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance Kubernetes clusters across multiple AWS regions.
- Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and Spinnaker.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform and Pulumi for reproducible environments.
- Lead the migration of legacy services to microservices-based containerized architectures.
- Develop custom automation tooling in Python or Go to enhance developer productivity.
- Implement comprehensive observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
- Drive DevSecOps initiatives by integrating automated security scanning into the deployment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role.
- Expert-level proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS) ecosystem (EKS, RDS, IAM, Lambda).
- Hands-on mastery of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration in production environments.
- Strong background in Linux system administration and networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, SSL).
- Proven experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible or Chef.
- Solid understanding of Git-based workflows and branching strategies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead root cause analysis for complex incidents.
