Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of complex digital adoption projects within the CAT Digital ecosystem.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, roadmaps, and status reports to ensure transparency and alignment across the organization.
- Drive the adoption of new digital tools and platforms by identifying user pain points and implementing effective change management strategies.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the development and success teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, ensuring high levels of stakeholder satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital project management, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital transformation or software adoption projects.
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master certification is highly preferred.
