Diebold is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Director of Account Management to lead our strategic client relationships and drive business growth in the Asia Pacific region. As the Senior Director, you will provide visionary leadership and oversight to our Account Management group, developing and executing comprehensive sales plans and strategies that effectively position Diebold's diverse product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that exceed client expectations.
This role is based in Singapore and will require you to engage with key stakeholders across multiple markets, building strong partnerships and identifying growth opportunities. You will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for account management initiatives, mentoring your team, and ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.

Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight to the Account Management organization, setting clear objectives and performance metrics
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives at major accounts
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing account management team to achieve exceptional results
- Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to translate customer needs into innovative solutions
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements to maximize revenue while ensuring client satisfaction
- Champion customer success initiatives and ensure delivery excellence across all account portfolios
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in account management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving significant revenue growth
- Deep understanding of technology solutions, preferably in security systems, ATM/self-service technology, or fintech
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Experience working in international matrix organizations and managing diverse teams across Asia Pacific
