We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior EHS & Wellbeing – Workplace & Facilities professional to lead our initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our office environments not only meet rigorous local regulatory standards but also promote the physical and mental wellness of our occupants. You will act as the guardian of safety protocols while collaborating with regional teams to implement innovative workplace solutions.
Your expertise will be critical in managing risk, conducting comprehensive facility audits, and developing emergency response strategies. You will also play a key role in designing and executing wellness programs that enhance the employee experience. Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the EHS & Wellbeing strategy across the Jakarta office portfolio, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and facility inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian Labor Law, local government regulations, and internal corporate policies.
- Manage fire safety systems, security coordination, and environmental sustainability initiatives (Waste management, energy efficiency).
- Design and oversee wellness programs, including ergonomic assessments, mental health resources, and healthy lifestyle campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies (fire department, government inspectors) and maintain all necessary certifications.
- Train and educate staff on safety protocols, emergency procedures, and wellbeing best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Professional certification in EHS (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, or Indonesia’s SKKNI equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in EHS, Facilities Management, or Workplace Services within a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian EHS regulations, labor laws, and workplace safety codes.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in EHS management software and reporting tools.
