Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand Genting Group's real estate portfolio.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and feasibility studies for prospective property investments and development projects.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, institutional partners, and property consultants.
- Prepare and present high-level investment proposals and business cases to the executive management team.
- Manage the end-to-end negotiation process for land acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic project partnerships.
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory changes to ensure long-term sustainability and profitability of assets.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams including legal, finance, and operations to ensure smooth project integration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of proven experience in business development within the property or real estate industry.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data and financial models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence high-level decision-makers.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian real estate market, regulatory framework, and property investment trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team in a fast-paced environment.
