RevEnergy is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Executive / Assistant Manager of Logistics to join our growing team in Shah Alam. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring the seamless movement of goods for both our onshore and offshore operations.
You will play a critical role in optimizing our logistics framework, reducing costs, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of company resources.
- Manage complex coordination between offshore and onshore project sites, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal inventory flow.
- Oversee shipping, customs clearance, and freight forwarding processes, ensuring full adherence to local and international trade regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and project teams to forecast logistics needs and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Analyze logistics performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting for all logistics activities to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team to foster a culture of safety and performance excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or supply chain coordination, preferably within the energy or manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, import/export procedures, and offshore logistics operations.
- Excellent proficiency in ERP systems and logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and third-party logistics (3PL) providers effectively.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a high-stakes operational environment.
