Job Description

SingHealth Community Hospitals is seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive/Assistant Manager for our Office of Patient Safety & Quality (OPSQ). In this pivotal role, you will lead initiatives that safeguard patient well‑being and drive continuous quality improvement across our hospitals in Tiong Bahru, Central Region. You will work closely with clinical leaders, operational teams, and regulatory bodies to embed safety best practices, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing patient safety programmes, conducting root‑cause analysis for adverse events, and developing evidence‑based policies that enhance the quality of care. You will be responsible for data collection, trend analysis, and reporting of key quality indicators to senior management and external auditors. Additionally, you will champion staff education and training, fostering a culture of safety and excellence throughout the organization.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, nursing, or a related discipline, with at least three years of experience in patient safety, quality management, or clinical governance.
