Responsibilities
- Lead the design and deployment of care transformation strategies in alignment with CGH's clinical and operational goals.
- Analyze existing care processes to identify bottlenecks and propose data-driven solutions for improvement.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement new care models and clinical pathways.
- Manage stakeholder communication to ensure alignment and buy-in across various departments.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and proposals to support decision-making by senior leadership.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay updated on industry best practices in care delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, strategic planning, or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards and quality improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare information systems.
