What You Will Do
- Manage the full contract lifecycle (pre-contract, execution, and post-contract).
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate contract records and prepare necessary documentation for audits.
- Liaise with project managers and legal teams to resolve contract-related issues.
- Monitor contract milestones and ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or Construction Management.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management within the construction or property industry.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian contract laws and construction regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and high proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
