Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate various healthcare-related projects and strategic initiatives from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Manage project lifecycles, including developing detailed work plans, timelines, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure prudent financial management for all assigned projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal departments, external partners, and key stakeholders.
- Provide high-level secretariat support for committees, workgroups, and meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for operational improvement in healthcare services.
- Develop and implement robust coordination frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across healthcare operations.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably within the healthcare sector in Singapore.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, healthcare operations, and budget management.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore healthcare system and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
