Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end processing of Property & Casualty claims with a specialized focus on Healthcare insurance products.

  • Maintain proactive communication with policyholders, intermediaries, and medical service providers to resolve claim queries efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage reserve levels for outstanding claims in accordance with company underwriting guidelines.
  • Prepare detailed claim reports and analysis to support departmental performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Underwriting and Finance, to streamline operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Property & Casualty or Healthcare claims handling.
