We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Executive/Executive for our Property & Casualty (Healthcare) Claims team to join our high-performing division in Singapore.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing end-to-end claims processes, ensuring that our healthcare-related P&C clients receive timely, accurate, and empathetic service. You will act as a bridge between policyholders, medical providers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while leveraging MSIG’s advanced digital infrastructure to streamline claim settlements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of Property & Casualty claims, with a specific focus on healthcare policies.
  • Conduct thorough investigations and assessments of claims to ensure policy coverage and liability accuracy.
  • Liaise effectively with medical professionals, hospitals, and third-party administrators to verify claim documentation.
  • Ensure all claims processing activities adhere strictly to internal compliance policies and MAS regulatory requirements.
  • Provide timely communication and updates to clients and intermediaries regarding the status of their claims.
  • Utilize MSIG’s digital claims systems to update records accurately and improve processing efficiency.
  • Participate in periodic audits and reporting to maintain high service quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience in P&C claims handling, specifically within the healthcare or medical insurance sector.
  • Strong understanding of general insurance principles and local medical insurance market practices.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in using claims management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions professionally.
