Responsibilities
- Manage and process Property & Casualty insurance claims, specifically focusing on Healthcare-related policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations and assessments to determine liability and the validity of claims.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in data entry and claims documentation within the internal management system.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders, medical providers, and external partners to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to policyholders regarding claims procedures and coverage queries.
- Identify and mitigate potential fraudulent claims through meticulous analysis and verification processes.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance claims turnaround times and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in P&C claims handling, with specific exposure to Healthcare insurance preferred.
- Strong understanding of local insurance regulations and market practices in Singapore.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with insurance core systems is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive client interactions professionally.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
