In this pivotal role based in Marina South, Singapore, you will support both the finance and human capital functions to ensure operational excellence and strategic alignment.
As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will span financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, as well as contributing to HR initiatives such as talent management, payroll, and employee relations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
- Support human capital operations including payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Coordinate recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance and HR functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and financial regulations.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA, SHRM) are a plus.
