Join Packtica Sdn Bhd as a Senior Executive, HR & Admin and play a pivotal role in shaping people operations across multiple entities. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll across entities, maintaining compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory contributions, and delivering engaging employee programs. You will design and implement monthly engagement activities to reinforce core values and improve retention. This position requires meticulous data management, a proactive approach to process improvement, and the ability to work across multiple business units in a dynamic environment.
As a key member of the HR and Admin team, you will collaborate with department heads to support recruitment, workforce planning, and office administration. You will generate HR metrics, streamline processes, and contribute to ongoing initiatives that elevate the employee experience while safeguarding confidentiality and accuracy of records. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance
- Administer onboarding, offboarding, and contract management with meticulous record-keeping
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and benefits administration to support workforce wellbeing
- Monitor performance metrics and drive monthly engagement activities to reinforce company culture
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and internal policies
- Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment, manpower planning, and talent development
- Lead process improvements, HRIS data integrity, and payroll audits to optimize efficiency
- Coordinate cross-entity HR and admin operations to support stability and scalability
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of HR and admin experience, preferably across multiple entities
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements
- Hands-on experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems
- Proficiency in MS Office and data analytics with strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information, prioritize tasks, and work independently
