Join St. Andrew’s Community Hospital as a Senior / Executive, Human Resource (HR) Generalist. In this pivotal role, you will be part of the Human Resource team responsible for driving and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that support our mission of providing compassionate care to our community. As an HR Generalist, you will oversee a wide range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policy implementation. You will collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment of HR practices with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection, from job posting to onboarding, to attract qualified candidates
- Advise and support department heads on employee relations issues, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations
- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
- Drive performance management processes including appraisals and goal setting
- Support HR metrics and reporting for data-driven decision making
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in healthcare or similar service industry
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and payroll administration
- Professional HR certification (e.g., IHRP) is advantageous
