Responsibilities
- Assist the Department Head in managing daily human resources and administrative operations.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and onboarding of new talents.
- Administer employee attendance, leave management, and payroll processing accuracy.
- Ensure full compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and internal company policies.
- Coordinate office administrative duties, including facility management and vendor relations.
- Support performance management cycles, training and development programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, databases, and personnel records.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and analytics to support management decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in an HR generalist or administrative role.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and professional integrity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (specifically Excel for reporting).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to team goals.
