CBRE's Industrial Brokerage division in Singapore is seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive to join our high-performing team. In this role you will drive mid-market and strategic industrial leasing transactions, working with a diverse client base including occupiers, developers, and asset managers. You will identify opportunities in prime industrial locations, manage a robust pipeline, and craft tailored leasing strategies that align with client goals. You will deliver market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and compelling proposals supported by CBRE's research and marketing resources. Your success will be measured by lease volume, client satisfaction, and revenue growth for the platform. You will participate in CBRE's training programs, benefit from mentorship from senior brokers, and have access to CBRE's global network of deals and occupier relationships. Your day-to-day tasks include client meetings, property tours, due diligence coordination, proposal preparation, lease negotiation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure fast, accurate documentation and occupancy. Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial leasing assignments across Singapore, including warehouses, distribution centers, and light manufacturing facilities.
  • Proactively source and market available industrial spaces; implement targeted leasing campaigns and property tours for tenants and buyers.
  • Lead pricing, market analysis, and proposal development with CBRE's research resources.
  • Negotiate lease terms, rent review structures, and close transactions to achieve quarterly targets.
  • Coordinate due diligence, lease documentation, and handover with legal, finance, and property management teams.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and occupier brokers.
  • Prepare compelling marketing materials, client presentations, and market intelligence reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, policy changes, and regulatory considerations affecting industrial leasing in Singapore.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of industrial leasing or broker experience in Singapore or APAC markets.
  • Proven track record of closing industrial leases and maintaining productive client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Singapore commercial property market, lease structures, and tenancy regulations; currently CEA-licensed or eligible to obtain licensing within 6 months.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office; ability to manage multiple opportunities with attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
