Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial leasing and brokerage to expand the portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors to facilitate repeat business.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to provide clients with actionable insights and strategic advice.
- Prepare and present compelling leasing proposals, negotiate lease terms, and structure deals to maximize value for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and property management, to ensure smooth transaction execution.
- Manage a pipeline of properties and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates to achieve targets.
- Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide professional advice to clients on leasing strategies, property valuations, and investment opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial leasing, brokerage, or commercial real estate.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore industrial property market and key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully closing leasing transactions and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid CEHA or real estate salesperson license is preferred.
